Debra Karim is an Associate of Partnership Solutions and has extensive knowledge on Business Improvement Districts specialising in Communication and Marketing. Previously at the Heart of London Business Alliance she was responsible for the 2005 BID ballot, resulting in a positive yes vote and ran the vote campaign for the renewal ballot in which The Heart of London Business Alliance was the first Business Improvement District in the UK to achieve a second term of operation with a higher turnout and percentage of businesses voting YES.

Debra's skills in communication and marketing helped achieve an Accreditation for the Heart of London and she represented the company at West End Marketing Alliance (WEMA).
