| The team has a great deal of current experience with developing and formal BIDs, both on the ground and at a strategic level. We are therefore well-placed to provide an on-site management resource. Examples: 1) Waterloo Quarter Business Alliance - Partnership Solutions was commissioned on a two-day per week ongoing basis with a developing BID, in order to prepare the partnership for the BID campaign and ballot. The commission undertook every aspect of the BID development, from perception analysis to local authority liaison, writing and producing the BID Proposal and taking part in the ballot campaign. 2) Paddington BID - Partnership Solutions delivers the BID management role for Paddington, which is an operational BID, on a three-day per week basis. The consultant has responsibility for all aspects of BID management including business liaison, project development and management, and management of the board and sub groups. |
