Business engagement and consultation
The Partnership Solutions team has considerable experience in partnership working
at many different levels and for different purposes.  The team is able to work with you
to ensure that a programme is developed that will best fit your partnership and address
all of the issues that you may have.

Examples:
1) Kingston Town Centre Management - in a previous capacity, one of the team was
    responsible for setting up and running the Town Centre Management company in
    Kingston upon Thames.  This involved all aspects from staffing and governance,
    project development and implementation through to monitoring and review.
2) Paddington Waterside Partnership – Partnership Solutions developed a set of protocols
    governing the relationship between Paddington Waterside Partnership and the newly
    developed Paddington BID, to ensure that there were no conflicts of interest or overlap
    of activity.
3) Heart of London – the team worked with the staff members to rewrite job descriptions
    and create a number of ‘personal targets’ for each staff member to work towards, after
    the partnership had won the BID ballot.  This was aimed at not only giving a way of
    measuring achievement, but also serving to develop each staff member.
