Database development
The team is able to work with you to build a database that is designed to your needs and enabled to be fully updateable by you.  Typically we use Microsoft Access but other bespoke databases are possible.  The database has to be easily searchable and expandable by the partnership staff as we like to leave you trained up and fully in control of the product on completion.  You would be given training on how to use and make changes to the database as well as a small instruction manual if necessary.

Examples:
1) Waterloo Quarter Business Alliance
– as part of the on-site development commission for this BID, the consultant was required to build and populate a database capable of holding details of every business in the area, as well as perform calculations on levy rates.
2) Paddington BID – Partnership Solutions was commissioned to refine and enhance the BID’s existing database as needs had changed between the BID ballot and the formal BID stage. The team also produced a guidance manual and provided training to ensure that the changes were fully understood by staff.
