Examples: 1) Park Royal Partnership – the team has been working on the development of a series of service level agreements with the three local authorities in the area to define the current baseline levels of services. In addition, the team is working on a focused approach to developing area management companies within particular problem areas of the patch. 2) Kingston Town Centre Management – in a previous capacity, one of the team was responsible for setting up and running all aspects of the Town Centre Management company in Kingston upon Thames over a five year period. |
