| << back to 'what we do' Measuring performance |
| The team has extensive experience in measuring performance of programmes and projects ranging from evaluation of publicly funded programmes through to design of bespoke survey questionnaires. Examples: 1) The Circle Initiative – in a previous capacity, each year the team carried out a ‘mid-term review’, which described progress to date, assessed levels of spend and match funding levered in, objectives met and explanations for delays, and next steps for the coming year. At the end of the programme Partnership Solutions contributed to the final evaluation report and wrote ‘The 39 Steps to developing a BID’. 2) Heart of London – the team designed a specific user survey questionnaire to enable the BID to test perceptions of customers within their area. 3) London BIDs Performance Measurement checklist – the team developed a focused checklist approach aimed at formalising the measurement of BID activity on an annual basis. |
