| The team has extensive experience in all aspects of BID development and implementation and is capable of supporting all levels of project. 1) Ealing Centre Partnership – the Partnership Solutions team was commissioned to carry out a review of the progress made by Ealing Centre Partnership mid-way through their BID development process, to produce a timeline to guide them through the remainder of the work and to advise on adherence to the BID Regulations. 2) New West End Company – the commission involved advising on adherence to the BID Regulations together with writing all of the technical elements of the BID proposal documentation. 3) Better Bankside – Partnership Solutions gave assistance on governance arrangements. This included a procedure for virement between BID proposal themes to ensure flexibility for the BID, which was developed for implementation once the formal BID commenced. 4) London Borough of Southwark – Partnership Solutions was commissioned to carry out the Local Authority BID support function on an interim basis whilst the staff member was on a sabbatical. This involved negotiating the legal agreements with London Bridge BID together with ongoing support to the fledgling partnerships of Peckham and Camberwell and the formal BID, Better Bankside. |
